purchasing, which is why we give top priority to protecting your privacy and
information.
A team of professionals oversees each and every transaction you make with us,
and ensures the privacy of the information provided by our customers.
All the information is stored on a secure server. We only work with companies
that have a proven track record in security, such as paypal.com, authorize.net,
and Google checkout.
We only collect the information necessary to process your order. We will not
share any of the information provided with third parties unless required by law.
The Return Policy
- We will refund %100 of the amount paid for the items that were returned within 30 days following the shipment date from WeddingBandDirect.
- The merchandise should be in the original condition that it was received. The returned item will be inspected to verify the condition of the item. Your refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the item.
- Custom made rings can not be returned (Handmade rings and engraved rings are not considered custom made and therefore can be returned). Custom made pieces are the ones that are not offered on the website and were made according to customer’s specific instructions
- Altered, damaged, resized rings can not be returned
- You need to e-mail info@weddingbanddirect.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once we receive the return request, we will respond within 48 hours and will send you the shipping instructions. We can not issue refunds for items sent without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- $20 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from the total.
- $20 will be deducted for engraved items.
- The customer is responsible for
shipping and insurance costs. The item should be fully insured for the full
invoice amount and shipped with a service that requires signature confirmation.
The Exchange Policy
- Exchanges receive 100% credit towards any future purchase
- The customer is responsible for
additional shipping costs. The price difference between the returned item and
the new one will be charged or credited to your account.
The Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 1-4 business
days with FedEx express, free of charge.
You will receive an e-mail providing the tracking number as soon as your package
is shipped.
We also offer overnight delivery for a fee of $35.00 to most locations. Please
contact us for rush orders in order to obtain a guaranteed delivery date and
shipping rate as service may not be available or may cost more for certain
locations.
We only ship to street addresses in the United States and Canada. The customer
is responsible for paying tax/duties and compliance with customs and other
regulations for international shipments.
We also ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery time is based on the
location and the mail processing center of the military base.
WeddingBandDirect.com will only ship to physical addresses; we can not ship to
P.O. Box addresses.
We only ship to billing addresses. If you wish your item to be delivered to an
address that is different from the billing address, please contact our customer
service. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we suspect a suspicious
activity. If your order is cancelled because of wrong/missing information, you
will be notified immediately.
